1 Appellees, W.C. and Pauline Root, instituted the present action on October 5, 1979, by filing a petition alleging unauthorized entry onto appellees land by agents, servants and employees of appellant KAMO Electric Cooperative. This petition alleged that one of appellants survey stakes had destroyed a tractor tire of appellees worth $661. Appellees also requested other actual and punitive damages, including the sum of $1,000 for the right of entry onto the land.
