This is an appeal by Ronnie Lee Jones (hereinafter defendant) from his convictions on three counts of first-degree murder, two counts of attempted first-degree murder, burglary, robbery, carrying a concealed firearm, and unlawful possession of a firearm while engaged in a felony. Defendant was sentenced to death following a jury recommendation that death de imposed. We have jurisdiction, article V, section 3(b)(1), Florida Constitution, and affirm the convictions and the sentences.
